Description

Ever wonder what the difference is between a good actor and a great actor? Or a good performance vs. a performance that completely moves you? The answer is character development and teamwork. 
In this class we will learn together the deep ins and outs of character development including: physicality, vocal dynamics, understanding your character in light of the script, and character choices. 

Note: This class will have its showcase on Tuesday, November 19
Prerequisite: CORE DRAMA

Jeff Rocco

Jeff has worked with CYT in every capacity! He started as a student in Spokane, where he also directed his first CYT production (Seussical) many years later. Camp Director in Portland, Artistic Director in North Idaho and Seattle, and of course, teacher, later followed. Jeff has worked on stages from Seattle to New York City, both onstage and behind the scenes. Some of his favorite roles include Patrick in Mame, Man #2 in the Complete Works of Shakespeare Abridged, offstage the role of Stage Manager is his favorite because making theater happen is what he lives for.
